Well the hotel has some good things and some bad. good things - nice location, big rooms, clean hotel, check out not required, lots of eateries around, Westbahn station close-by. Bad things - the rooms layout is totally devoid of privacy and meant for teenagers / youngsters (who have lived in hostels frequently)- the WC, shower area and washbasin are all 3 separate. The WC door doesn't shut and the WC light works on sensors so is always on. The shower area has no door / curtain.. The wash basin is in the room, so the other person in the room gets disturbed, every time you wash hands or brush teeth or fill water for yourself. This layout is not indicated anywhere in pictures or in the room description. When I am paying close to 200 euros a night, I want a hotel like a hotel (not a modified hostel room)

Excellent hotel. Very eco and boutique. Staff is very helpful on every step. Loved their policy of offering the option of not cleaning your room and in return offering a free drink voucher !!! Sooo green ! Bar is fab too. They were out of stock of certain ingredients for cocktails for 3 nights in a row… which that’s could have restocked immediately… well, that does not stop us finishing rest of the bottles on their shelves. Easy access to many attractions by public transport. Uber is not so expensive too.

Our stay was fantastic. The hotel is both conventional and groundbreaking, although it may seem like a contradiction in terms. Its ambience is sober but avant-garde without stridency, with "retro" decorative objects, all this gives it a touch of originality and achieves a cozy atmosphere. It has several lounges, for reading, meetings, business, yoga and others... We were not able to enjoy everything, but we did enjoy the magnificent bar with terrace, very comfortable and with cocktail type drinks of great level and moderate prices. Functional room, with elegant discretion and again some "retro" details. Perhaps a bit small for some tastes, but more than enough and well equipped. Full breakfast, with everything one can expect from a service of this type in a hotel with guests from all over the world. Not far from the center and very well connected, very close to the West train station and all kinds of public transport. I leave for the end an aspect that I want to highlight: excellent attention from the staff, young, courteous and friendly. At that right point in which it does not fall into servility but neither in excessive familiarity.

This is a cool-vibe, inexpensive hotel in a great location. The room was large. Prices were reasonable. Close to transportation hub and walking street. Really close to shopping and a great food market. Easy check in/out. Would be great for younger people. Looks like a fun bar, there's also a movie and yoga room. We were only there for a night and didn't take advantage of these things. The cons: * There is a bizarre glass wall in the bathroom (looks like something an architect would do without ever imaging the impact on guests) that someone is bound to walk into. * No coffee maker in the room. If you're not expecting one, no big deal. We had an early flight. * Bedding on the bed was really weird for a queen bed - one set of sheets for the top and another for the bottom -- huh? * Frustration: hey have a cute bar and outdoor sitting area. It's the only place to sit outside your room in the hotel. We had bought a bottle of wine from our last stop that we needed to drink before we flew out the next morning but they wouldn't let us drink it in that area because they sell wine. I get that, but we should have at least been able to sit outside. If none of these cons bother you, it's worth the stay.

We had excelent room with beautiful terrace and incredible view. Thank you very much for this! Also breakfasts was great, nice select! It’s in the center of Wien, so it’s close to everywhere. “Goodbye my lover, goodbye my friend”-that words was in the elevator and it’s so true! So, goodbye my lover!
